Mitten Countdown

If you ask the kids, this is probably their favorite countdown to Christmas because they get little gifts or treats.  This tradition started last year because Bella was selling things as a fundraiser and I thought these mittens were cute.  Well, last year I overdid it because we were going to Arizona and I didn't want to take gifts with us..yada yada.  I vowed to do way less this year and I accomplished it but not by much.  I love showering my kids with fun things, but they already have so much and I want them to focus on Jesus' love more than gifts.  So, it is a constant battle.  Sigh.
