Everyday Life- Jan-May

Life in Texas continues to be wonderful.  We are making new friends, trying new things, and trying to live our best lives.

Western Day

Chillin at an outing with Daddy's co-workers
Every once in awhile I go into "teacher mode" and enrich Joziah's learning.
This book used a lot of -ed words so I created a spelling sort so he could hear the different sounds -ed makes.

Family project

First trip to the dentist.  He was freaked out and only allowed them to use water on his teeth.
Izzy and Bella went to see Sword in the Stone

Hanging with Izzy

Hanging with Gabe

I love this shirt so much.  I bought it before we left England.  Joziah, on the other hand, thinks its childish.  Who knew that a 5 year old had fashion choices already?
Just a girl and her brother living it up
Counting out 100 cars to bring in for the 100th Day of School
Joziah's artistic expression
Helping out at school during learning centers
Working on a puzzle at home
After Joziah's surgery, he fell on his arm on the concrete driveway.  All weekend, he  held his arm like this.
Come to find out on Monday that it actually broke.  He had to get a real half cast this time.

Sleepover with Izzy

Our A/C broke so we all slept downstairs with fans.

Kinder Graduation

I'm not sure Joziah's teacher ever sleeps! She put together a beautiful graduation ceremony with a whole book of Joziah's work. It was so memorable.
