Sissy and Tom

Now that we are back in the states, the visitors are streaming in. First up, Lisa and Tom. They came down for a few days and went trick or treating with us!   It feels good to be just a short plane ride away from family.

I took them to the San Antonio River Walk

Dinner at one of our many favorite restaurants: Cheddar Scratch Kitchen

We also went to a little western town called Gruene.  Tom and Curtis channeled their inner cowboy!

Halloween 2018

We've never really been huge Halloween fans. If you've followed our blog, you know that some years we don't even celebrate it. This year we went to a Halloween party and went trick or treating.

Joziah represented England as a British Guard

We also made Halloween gingerbread houses

Perfect 10

Since we just got here, Bella hasn't made enough friends for a party so instead she requested a family night of indoor mini golf, which we gladly made happen.  We tried MONSTER GOLF.  Her present was her first phone!
Curtis and I ate lunch with her at school and brought cupcakes!

Curtis and Bella played a virtual reality game for the first time.

This was a gift from Nana

Kinder Pumpkin Patch

The kindergarteners at Paschal do their own pumpkin patch. Everyone donates a pumpkin or two and then each class visits the "patch" and picks out a pumpkin. I got to attend the festivities. Again, loving the opportunities I have now that I am not working. Such a blessing!

Too cute to scare a crow!

I had my Wellies on because I had no idea it was going to be inside!

Bubble Run

The kids new school had a bubble run. They do a run each year as their one fundraiser. This year the school raised $40,000. Now that I am a stay-at-home mom I was able to attend! So HOT but loved hanging with my kids!
