Hallelujah Night

If you have read my blog over the years, you know we struggle with whether or not to celebrate Halloween. Quite frankly, we see both sides- it being a harmless and fun holiday and/or it being a pagan holiday that celebrates and highlights evil. This is the second year we decided not to celebrate it. What it comes down to is we love Jesus and want to participate in things that are Godly and good. So for our family, we decided not to celebrate it again but do not judge those who do. Instead, owe participated in our Church's Hallelujah night. The kids played some games, did some bible-inspired activities and got obscene amounts of candy. They were happy and we didn't have to endure the cold trick or treating...HA!
