Just Another Day in Paradise-August/September

At 39 years of age, I can honestly say that I have become a homebody. There's a reason for this, however...actually, 3 reasons to be exact! I L-O-V-E hanging out with my amazing hubby and 2 adorable, fun kids. My time is so precious to me and hanging with peeps just makes me full of joy.  We have created so many memories just playing in the house.  Our home is full of so much love and laughter and I count my blessings every day!
Sometimes the kids and I eat a little earlier than daddy.  When he comes home he joins us in the living room and Joziah begs for more like a little puppy dog.

Daddy always shares

Joziah will take a bite and run across the room

Yep, trying to climb on everything

One night I just looked down and little dude fell asleep on the floor.

Just cruising the neighborhood

Look at my peeps...love!

Pushing the trolley is another favorite pastime.

I love them cheeks!

Bella and I saw this set at the toy store one day and had to bring it home for buddy.  He went to town jamming!

Joziah Walks!!!

Two days after his 13 month birthday, Joziah finally took his first steps....I don't know who was more proud- me, Curtis, Bella or HIM! P.S. You might want to turn down the volume or you will hear my loud "cheerleading."

Sandringham County Fair

The Briggs and the Engels packed up the car and headed to the Queen's Estate for the Sandringham County Fair. On the way, Krisa and I texted each other about how we wish we were on our way to the Puyallup so we could indulge in some of the goodies. Don't get me wrong, we enjoy the culture that we are immersed in, but sometimes you would just like some real lemonade, a couple churros or elephant ears, some strawberry shortcake, real BBQ or a yummy caramel apple.  Despite our longing for Stateside fare, we did manage to delight our taste buds and enjoy ourselves.  The best was we had some good weather!

Shortly after this picture, we lost our husbands to the beer garden

There was a ceramic painting stall that Bella wanted to do

She loves her some DADDY!

Found the boys again and Bella wanted to practice her shoe tying.

There were 2-3 rides for the little ones......not impressed BUT good for the finances!

Apparently this is an up and coming sport.....horses pull people of skateboards.  It was pretty cool to watch.

Still trying to walk on his own

Steady, steady little fella

Bella also loves her some BRAD

Lets try this again

"Look at me, I can stand up all by myself"

"Wait, so I have to move now?"

Bella put Joziah's coat on as a joke
